1\ Complete Art Project Management

Integrated art project management from conception to completion with Karen Burton's personal participation at every stage:

• Briefing and consultation with Project Management Team, including venue management, architects, interior designers and stakeholders at all levels.

• Agreement re-desired patron and staff emotional responses and presentation of a formal project brief to achieve this result

• Presentation to the Project Team and approval of the strategy, including budget

• Selection and presentation of candidate artists and artworks for consideration by the project team.

• Negotiation and purchase of approved artworks

• Framing and hanging advice/ management

2\ Art Selection, Purchase & Hanging

If there is an approved art project management strategy in place, Karen Burton can contribute her extensive knowledge of Australian and international art and artists and the art market to assist in the selection and acquisition artworks to make the project a reality

These services include:

• Presentation of a 'long list " of suitable artists and available artworks that will meet the strategy, venue brand profile and marketing objectives (in all media including paintings, graphics, prints photographs, sculpture and installations.

• Assistance in selecting and finalising the shortlist, acquisition of artworks within the budget, and advice on framing or mounting and hanging or display.
