Karen Burton (BA Art History & Theory, USYD), Director of KB Art Projects Pty Ltd since 2010, has over two decades of expertise in arts curation, strategy development, and the comprehensive management of artworks for commercial and public projects. Her extensive experience encompasses the full spectrum of arts involvement, from sourcing and selection to commissioning and installation. Karen has held the role of art consultant in numerous public health projects including - St George Hospital redevelopment: Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital redevelopment, stages 1 & 2; Southerland Hospital redevelopment; Concord Repatriation General Hospital redevelopment; Forensic Medicine and Coroners Court Lidcombe NSW; Blacktown Hospital Mental Health Unit; Cumberland West Acute  Mental Health Unit; Prince of Wales Hospital redevelopment, NSW Ministry of Health as well as working on many commercial projects.
